Exegy Inc Conceals Job Listings and What it Pays From Their Employees

It is interesting the information that comes to me from all the different parts of the world, you never know what you come across or who might send you something new.

This came to me and I thought I would report on it, because I found it fascinating that this position was not posted on Exegy Inc own company website at all, though they did have another position like it, but it was not a senior level.

I wonder if they have started paying the Philippines more money or if it is just the senior level they pay over three times as much for.

This job listing has raised a ton of thoughts and questions, especially with it being posted outside the company page for no other employees being able to know about it. One would wonder why they would do such a thing…

Are they firing someone and they don't want them knowing about it, replacing someone that might be leaving or are they starting to move the rest of Product Support positions over to the Philippines to save on money.

I really hope they are just replacing a position for someone leaving and none of the other options, because I hate seeing people lose their jobs at a company that likes to abuse a country for cheap labor, especially with how crummy the job market is today and what it take for someone to find a new position.

This new position posted salary converts to around $15,000 to $20,000 USD a year. Though I don't get why they don't add this salary on their own company job listing page and only put on posting on some job sites. I can only bet that it so anyone visiting their page doesn'tcome across this information and think poorly of the company.

You can see from my previous sources they pay their employees in the Philippines so little and hopefully one day Exegy Inc and others like it will start paying them a fair and equal salary.

I wonder when Exegy Inc is going to believe in Equality and offer these positions in other parts of the world and not just in the Philippines.

Even though they have people in these positions in other countries, all the new openings or listings for these positions are in the Philippines.

Hopefully the people at Exegy Inc start asking why the company is making these hidden job posts on job sites, don't they care enough about hiring from within the company.

I did notice about two hours later after my image of their career page they posted a position for an HR manager on their career page, so it makes me believe they were never going to post this position on their website and let all of their employees know about it.
