What services exist for helping a person file complaints on attorneys?

I am wondering if anyone knows of any websites or legal services out there that exist for helping an individual articulate a proper complaint on an attorney.

Are there any AI systems that could go through many documents to write out the proper rule violations broken, give a description on why it believes that rule was broken and give an exhibit for it?

I understand and have seen some states allow electronic filing of these complaints and can't wait for other states to start following the same suit with them, especially New York.
