Exegy Could Face Nationality Origin Discrimination

Feel free to email me at editor@exegy.today.
What is Nationality Origin Discrimination… According to Google Gemini, the following is stated.
National origin discrimination is a form of unfair treatment directed toward individuals because they are, or are perceived to be, from a particular country or region of the world.
This type of discrimination is illegal in many contexts (like employment, housing, and education) and involves treating people unfavorably due to:
Their birthplace, country of origin, or ancestry.
Their ethnicity, accent, or native language.
The fact that they appear to be of a certain ethnic background (even if they are not).
Their association with someone of a certain national origin (e.g., being married to or associated with a person of a particular national origin).
Physical or cultural characteristics associated with a national origin group.
The discrimination can manifest in various ways, including:
Adverse Employment Decisions: Being refused a job, promotion, or training; being fired, demoted, or given unequal pay based on national origin.
Harassment: Offensive or derogatory remarks, slurs, jokes, or physical conduct about a person's national origin, accent, or ethnicity that creates a hostile or offensive environment.
Discriminatory Policies: Rules that require employees to speak only English on the job when it is not necessary for the safe or efficient operation of the business, or basing a hiring decision on an accent that does not seriously interfere with job performance.
This makes me wonder a few things on how Exegy & Marlin Equity Partners have most likely created discrimination against the people they have laid off and the people they have hired in the Philippines to replace those positions.
For the people in the Operations Department who were laid off in the USA and Belfast, Ireland, the company is discriminating against them due to the country of origin requiring a minimum wage far above what they are wanting to pay for that position and replaced with people in the Philippines who will work for far less compensation.
According to the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA). It is illegal to treat an employee less favorable based on their national origin and lay-offs are included in that scope, which can be seen here.

Another area this could fall under is Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for National Origin Discrimination and Protection for American Workers, especially since they are being discriminated against due to compensation and are never hiring for those positions in the United States.

The people in the Philippines most likely have an interesting lawsuit against Exegy Inc for Nationality Origin Discrimination, because of the unequal pay difference than their colleagues in the same department that are in other countries.
Remember these pays are monthly salaries and is around $340 USD.

An interesting case about Nationality Origin Discrimination and labor principle of "equal pay for equal work" in the Philippines Supreme Court was:
International School Alliance of Educators vs. Quisumbing (G.R. No. 128845, decided June 1, 2000).
It has some similarities where foreign hires were paid more than local hires and it could be an interesting read for those wanting to see that this type of behavior does exist.
It does make me wonder if Exegy gives the same perks for their employees in the Philippines like in the other countries, because while I was working at the company, nothing was ever stated much about that office location. Though I do remember one time the company sent out an incentive to all of its employees about paying them a commission if they brought in a client.
Though it was really weird how they would only pay the Philippines people a fraction of what they were paying people in other countries and believe it was about 10%.
You would think Exegy Inc CEO David Taylor would learn about that country and see that things cost just as much out there as they do here.
Here are some examples like a Nintendo Switch 2 and Flights from Manila, Philippines.
